About approval of Rules of partial guaranteeing on the credits of subjects of private entrepreneurship

According to Item 3 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of partial guaranteeing on the credits of subjects of private entrepreneurship (further – Rules of guaranteeing).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the subitem 3) of Item 3 and paragraph 2 of Chapter 3 of these rules of guaranteeing which become effective since January 1, 2025.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of partial guaranteeing on the credits of subjects of private entrepreneurship (further – Rules of guaranteeing) are developed according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Development bank of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for provision of partial guaranteeing by the credits of subjects of private entrepreneurship when financing investment projects (including within syndicated financing and joint financing) and export transactions.
