1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on electronic regulatory Platform.

2. To submit to legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. The electronic regulatory platform is put into operation step by step (separate subsystems) after the end of trial operation with participation of suppliers of electronic communication networks and/or services.
