About some questions of the state company "Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company

Within implementation of state programs of development of railway industry in the Kyrgyz Republic and enhancement of activities of the state companies, according to Articles 13, of 17, of the 26th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Remove from structure of the state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "Mostostroitelny group of the Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol National company.

2. Transfer the state company "Mostostroitelny group of the Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol National company to maintaining the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Rename the state company "Mostostroitelny group of the Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol National company into the state company "Mostostroitelny Group" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Approve:

1) the Charter of the state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Charter of the state company "Mostostroitelny Group" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

5. Determine that:

2) the state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic is managing body of the state company "Mostostroitelny Group" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2023 No. 291 the following change:

- to state the scheme of management of the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

7. 8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Company), is the legal entity knowing questions of rail transport, providing the needs of economy and the population of the Kyrgyz Republic for rail haulings.

2. The constituent document of the Company is the Charter. Founder of the Company is the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The state managing body is the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
