Bring in item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 "Some questions of providing the population with food products in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1415, No. 28, the Art. 1537, No. 54, the Art. 3177, No. 89, Art. 5529; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1660) the enclosed change.

"9) in case of need to provide free transfer of the grain of wheat (is not lower than 3 classes) which was purchased at the expense of the means of the government budget provided according to the "Subvention from the Government Budget to Local Budgets on Ensuring Compelling Needs of Functioning of the State in the conditions of Warlike Situation" program, in particular the grain which was purchased according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, to the Art. 1267), to funds, programs of the United Nations or its principal organs or specialized agencies of the United Nations, to other autonomous intergovernmental organizations of the United Nations system or their representatives for conversion and further providing under the tripartite agreements signed between regional, Kiev city military authorities, subjects of managing - keepers of grain and bodies, funds, programs of the United Nations or its principal organs or specialized agencies of the United Nations, others autonomous intergovernmental organizations of the United Nations system or their representatives flour and/or grain and/or pasta and/or bread and bakery products of short storage:

healthcare institutions and/or houses nursing homes for citizens of advanced age and persons with disability and/or the educational institutions relating to the state and utility pattern of ownership;

socially unprotected persons in particular living in the territories which are included in the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the approved Minreintegration, in particular in the territory of possible fighting (for which date of the termination of possibility of fighting is not determined) (was conducted); active fighting (for which date of completion of fighting is not determined); active fighting on which the state electronic information resources function (for which date of completion of fighting is not determined); the territories of Ukraine which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (for which date of completion of temporary occupation is determined).".
