About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2005 No. 1454 and of February 24, 2015 No. 128
In pursuance of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2023 "About procedure for issue of documents and making of actions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 278
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on order of registration of acts of civil status and issue of documents and (or) references by the bodies registering acts of civil status, No. 1454 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2005:
Item 2 after figures "385," to add with words "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2023 No. 278 "About procedure for issue of documents and making of actions"";
in Item 5 part one:
word in paragraph five of "the state information system" shall be replaced with words "the state centralized automated information system";
in paragraph six of the word "from other state bodies, other organizations" shall be replaced with words "from state bodies, other organizations, including from the register of the population and other information systems (resources), necessary for implementation of ministerial procedures";
in Item 82 of the word "body of registry office" and "body of registry office" to replace respectively with words "department of registry office" and "department of registry office";
in Item 82-2:
"Bodies of registry office" shall be replaced with words words "Departments of registry office";
after the word to "persons" to add Item with words "(to foreign citizens, stateless persons)";
