1. Approve Change in the Procedure for carrying out the confirmation of conformity of conditions of production of medicines to requirements of proper production practice approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 133/22665 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 09, 2020 No. 1346) which is applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
