For the purpose of implementation of article 44 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to Articles 9, 14 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric communication", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the List of technical means of communication, subjects of obligatory certification on parameters of radio-frequency range, according to appendix 1.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of new blank forms of the certificate of conformity and declaration of conformity" of March 25, 2010 No. 178 the following changes:
in appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution:
- the fourth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-mark of conformity to technical regulations;";
- state Item 4.2 in the following edition:
"4.2. The registration certificate number of compliance which is created according to the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of the registered declarations of conformity on products which underwent obligatory confirmation of conformity, and the issued certificates of conformity approved by the order of authorized state body on technical regulation is given in detail" No.".".
