About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure of ministerial procedures I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. In five-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs two – forty third appendix Item 5 – since June 17, 2024;

other provisions of this Decree – in month after its official publication.

 

Appendix

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2024 No. 55

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In Regulations on procedure for consideration of the questions connected with nationality of the Republic of Belarus, No. 209 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 1994:

Item part one in paragraph eleven 29, the paragraph the sixth and the paragraph the ninth parts one of Item 32 of the word "about consent to registration of permanent residence" shall be replaced with words parts one of Item 30 ", and also to the citizen aged up to 27 years enlisted in inventory for health reasons without passing of compulsory military service, service in reserve about consent to registration of departure for permanent residence (registration of permanent residence)";

4. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 No. 294 "About documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus":

in part one of Item 22 of the Regulations on identity documents approved by the Decree:
