About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15,55of , 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", for the purpose of assistance of safety and banking system stability, prevention of the crisis phenomena during introduction of warlike situation, maintenance of development of crediting of industries of economy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 23 "About some questions of activities of banks of Ukraine and banking groups" (with changes) after subitem 4 to add Item 4-1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 with the new subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) provision of the credits by bank to finance companies which based on the corresponding license have the right to provide service of financial leasing and are part of one of bank of banking group.".

2. Approve Changes in Rules of work of the banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 "About some questions of activities of banks of Ukraine and banking groups" (with the enclosed changes).
