About approval of the Procedure for carrying out monitoring in the field of consumer protection

For the purpose of implementation of articles 49 and 51 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection", according to the subitem 9 of Item 10 of the List of the separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic delegated to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of March 3, 2023 No. 115

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out monitoring in the field of consumer protection, according to appendix.

2. To management of the antimonopoly policy, development of the competition and pricing:

1) within three working days from the date of registration of this order to take measures for its official publication according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117;

2) within three working days from the date of official publication to send the copy of this order, in duplicate in the state and official languages on paper and electronic carriers, with indication of publication source to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts;

3) within three working days from the date of the introduction of the order in force to send the copy of the order to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on management of the antimonopoly policy, development of the competition and pricing.

4. This order becomes effective after 7 days from the date of official publication.
