DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 18, 2012 No. 189

According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 18, 2012 No. 189 "About procedure for enforcement of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of furniture products" (TR CU 025/2012)" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
