Some questions of functioning of the state monitoring system of the environment and its subsystems

According to part three of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for functioning of the state monitoring system of the environment and its enclosed subsystems.

2. Make change to the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the Regulations on the Single ecological Ecosystem platform approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2021 No. 1065 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 82, of the Art. 5264), having stated it in the following edition:

"2) the Single Ecological Ecosystem platform (further - the Ecosystem) - the nation-wide ecological automated information and analytical system of ensuring acceptance of management decisions and access to ecological information and its network providing creation, collection, obtaining, storage, use, distribution, protection, information security, and also electronic interaction between physical persons and legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs, public authorities, local government bodies and their officials for the purpose of provision administrative and others public (electronic public) services in the field of protection of the surrounding environment;".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring within six months from the date of publication of this resolution own regulations into compliance with this resolution.
