Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 14 "About classification of forms of trade" after the word "legislation" to add Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2021 with the words "about information, informatization and information security";
1.2. in Item 3 of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2021 No. 23 "About classification of shopping facilities by types and types":
exclude paragraph two;
after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"fuel-dispensing column of gas station - the non-stationary shopping facility representing the special equipment for supply (gas station) of vehicles with the liquid motor fuel, engine oils liquefied by hydrocarbon gas and (or) accumulator charging of electric vehicles;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 11, 2024.
