2. 3. Permit Federal Medical Biological Agency to have territorial authorities and the subordinated organizations.

4. Establish:

a) the extreme number of employees of central office of Federal Medical Biological Agency in number of 305 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) and the salary fund of the specified workers (per year) in the amount of 571 859, 1 thousand rubles;

b) the extreme number of employees of territorial authorities of Federal Medical Biological Agency in number of 942 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) and the salary fund of the specified workers (per year) in the amount of the 830th 455, 3 thousand rubles.

5. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2020 No. 21 "About structure of federal executive bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 4, Art. 346; No. 13, Art. 1899; 2024, No. 20, the Art. 2590) change, having excluded from the subitem "an" of item 4 of the word "and Federal Medical Biological Agency".
