Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation of development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Tax Service, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport (further - authorized bodies).
4. Determine the operator of the information system "National Digital Transport and Logistic Platform" (further - information system of experiment) the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. For the purpose of creation, approbation and implementation of information system of experiment the operator can attract (including with transfer of separate functions of the operator) the subordinated organizations, and also other organizations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
