About application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)

1. Support the offers on application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) made by the Security Service of Ukraine.

2. Apply personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) to:

1) to physical persons according to appendix 1;

2) to legal entities according to appendix 2.

3. Due to the application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions), the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the decision:

line item of 1505 of appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of June 21, 2018 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 176/2018, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 21, 2018 to exclude;

line item 33 appendices 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 5, 2021 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 497/2021, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 5, 2021 to exclude;
