About modification of some documents on adoption

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the certificate of passing of course of training concerning education of the orphan children and children deprived of the parent guardianship approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of December 2, 2019 No. 1696, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2020 at No. 106/34389, having stated it in the enclosed edition.

2. Make change to Requirements to execution of the conclusion about opportunity to be adoptive parents, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 05, 2012 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 on N 441/20754, having excluded Item 3.

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-11 respectively Items 3-10.

3. Make change to Requirements to execution of the conclusion about feasibility of adoption and its compliance to interests of the child, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of December 02, 2019 1696, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2020 on N 106/34389, having excluded Item 3.

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-16 respectively Items 3-15.

4. To management concerning overcoming difficult vital circumstances (Sakuta M. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
