Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 No. 1279 "Some questions of the organization of pension payment and the monetary assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 43, No. 29, the Art. 1624, No. 45, Art. 2761; 2022, No. 79, the Art. 4758) and of February 26, 2022 No. 162 "About features of payment and delivery of pensions, money allowances for the period of introduction of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 20, the Art. 1065, No. 39, the Art. 2077) the enclosed changes.

1. According to the procedure of payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance in the place of the actual accommodation of receivers within Ukraine the organizations performing their payment and delivery, No. 1279 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2020:
1) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "separate division (branch, representation, department, etc.) of authorized organization, the providing service in direct payment and delivery" shall be replaced with words "division (branch, representation, department, etc.) of authorized organization which directly performs payment and delivery";
