Based on Article part four 9, of Article part three 22, of Article part three 27, of Article part six 29, of parts two and third Article 32 and part three of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 1992 No. 2054-XII "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations", parts three of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning activities of the religious organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 334-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on the Representative for cases of religions and nationalities and its device (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for the invitation of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship to the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of occupation (are applied) by religious activities;

The regulations on procedure for appointment and conducting the state theological examination (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for financing of expenses of orphanages in case of monasteries at the expense of means of local budgets (are applied);

the list of types of property of cult appointment on which collection according to claims of creditors cannot be turned (is attached).

2. Determine the list of the objects of religious appointment made and extended by the religious organizations within religious activities concerning which information on their belonging to cult property, according to appendix 1 is provided.

3. Determine that the religious organizations making and extending the objects of religious appointment specified in the list of the objects of religious appointment made and extended by the religious organizations within religious activities concerning which information on their belonging to cult property is provided, determined according to Item 2 of this resolution, information on belonging of these objects to cult property is placed on the label, label, tape attached to each unit of product or on the insert attached to each unit of product or method of seal of such information on each unit of product or its packaging.
