About subsidiary responsibility
For the purpose of further enhancement of complex incentive system of export and acceptance of additional measures for protection of valuable interests of her participants:
1. Determine that the Republic of Belarus bears subsidiary responsibility according to the obligations of the Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance of "Beleksimgarant" (further - Beleksimgarant) on payment of insurance indemnity following from insurance contracts (reinsurance) of export risks with support of the state.
Conditions and procedure for attraction of the Republic of Belarus to subsidiary responsibility on the obligations specified in part one of this Item are determined in appendix 1.
2. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" (appendix 2).
3. Operation of this Decree extends to Beleksimgarant's obligations on payment of insurance indemnity which arose later entries into force of this Decree irrespective of date of the conclusion of insurance contracts (reinsurance) of export risks with support of the state.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
