About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection"

For the purpose of ensuring consumer protection, according to Articles 5, 17 and 24 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Inventory of long-term use, including components (details, nodes, aggregates) which after certain period can pose hazard to life, of health of the consumer, to do harm to the environment and on which the manufacturer shall establish service life, according to appendix 1;

2) the Inventory which after expiration date are considered unsuitable for proper use and realization is not subject to consumers, according to appendix 2;

3) the List technically difficult goods concerning which consumer requirements about their replacement are subject to satisfaction in case of detection in goods of essential shortcomings, according to appendix 3;

4) the List of the nonfoods of proper quality which are not subject to exchange for similar goods according to appendix 4.

2. Determine that:

1) the sales of goods, included in the inventories provided by appendices 1, 2 to this resolution in the absence of information on terms of their service (validity) are forbidden;
