2. 3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget for the corresponding years expenses on cost recovery of Eldik Bank open joint stock company, the special accounts linked with opening and charge on them the recovery amounts.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on conditions and payment procedure of the indexed amounts on population deposits" of December 2, 1997 No. 698;
