About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 3985 "About formation of Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. in Regulations on the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning anti-corruption approved by the above-named Decree:

in Item 2 of the word of "rules of office ethics" shall be replaced with words "The ethical code of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ethical code)";

to state structure of the Commission on award of ranks of winners of award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Three-copecks piece of sap" and ranks of students of the republican tender exhibition "The Best Goods of Kazakhstan" formed by the above-named Decree in edition according to appendix 3 to these changes and amendments.

5. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2007 No. 314 "About measures for upgrade of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in the Regulations on State commission concerning upgrade of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
