About some questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Form:
republican public institution "Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
republican public institution "Committee of forced execution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
republican public institution "Committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Determine Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "National institute of intellectual property" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Liquidate the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Chapter 1 with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. The ministry has the following departments:
1) Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Committee of forced execution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
