About the prices of gases hydrocarbon liquefied
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish marginal maximum selling prices on the gases hydrocarbon liquefied, intended for household consumption in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, – gases hydrocarbon liquefied), realized to the organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz, and gases hydrocarbon liquefied for gas station in the cylinders realized to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to appendix.
Selling prices on the gases hydrocarbon liquefied, realized to the organizations which are not part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz are determined by producers according to the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of selling prices on the gases hydrocarbon liquefied, realized to the organizations which are not part of the national production association on fuel and the gasification of Beltopgaz approved by this resolution.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of selling prices on the gases hydrocarbon liquefied, realized to the organizations which are not part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz it (is applied).
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2016 No. 37 "About marginal maximum selling prices on gases hydrocarbon liquefied fuel";
