1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of certification of physical persons on the right of carrying out construction supervision in the course of construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of capital construction projects in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2023 No. 616 "About approval of Rules of certification of physical persons on the right of carrying out construction supervision in the course of construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of capital construction projects in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 17, the Art. 3151).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 2 and 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2025.
