1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2018 No. 410 and the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2018 No. 245 "About approval of Rules of financing of research, scientific and technical and (or) developmental works in the amount of one percent from the expenses on production incurred by the subsoil user in previous year" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17065) the following changes:

The rules of financing of research, scientific and technical and (or) developmental works in the amount of one percent from the expenses on production incurred by the subsoil user in previous year approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this joint order.
2. To provide to department of subsurface use of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
