About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2015 No. 10

Based on part two of Item 34 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of appointment, financing (transfer), the order and use of means of the family capital approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2015 No. 128, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2015 No. 10 "About approval of the Instruction about use of funds of the family capital for improvement of housing conditions" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part two of Item 34 and part three of Item 39 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of appointment, financing (transfer), the order and use of means of the family capital approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2015 No. 128, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. in the Instruction about use of funds of the family capital for improvement of housing conditions approved by this resolution:

in Item 1 to replace the word of "part" with the word "part";

in Item 5:

in word part one "the order means" shall be replaced with words "use of means";

in part two of the word "about the order means" shall be replaced with words "about use of means";

the second Item 8 to exclude part;

in appendix 1 to this Instruction of the word "Statement for the Early Order Means of the Family Capital" shall be replaced with words "The statement for early use of means of the family capital";
