About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Article 62 and Item 19 of the Section VII of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes), the following changes:

The second Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of the word and figure "part one of article 62 of the Law on banks" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "The law on banks";

2) in Chapter 3:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The bank at the request of the state bodies and persons determined by the Law on banks reveals information which is bank secrecy in the amounts determined by the Law on banks for the corresponding state body and person.";

in paragraph one of Item 14 of the word and figures of "part one of article 62 of the Law on banks" shall be replaced with words "The law on banks".

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
