About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 261) the following changes:

"The sports organizations are forbidden to deny to persons with limited opportunities of health access to sports infrastructure and rendering services in the field of physical culture and sport if there are no medical restrictions to occupations with physical culture and sport.
The sports organizations regardless of patterns of ownership shall give opportunity to play sports to at least five persons with limited opportunities of health.";
Article 35 to add 2) with part of the following content:
"In case of construction new and reconstruction of the existing sports infrastructure (gyms, swimming pools, sports complexes) their owners shall create conditions of access to it to persons with limited opportunities of health.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
