About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also of the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, on separate types of covers

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Article 19 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. In the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, to replace line item with code 8309 90 900 0 of the CN FEA EEU with line items of the following content:

This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the inventory concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties to separate types of covers.
