1. Approve the enclosed allowing requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them in case of issue of permissions of the second category for implementation of activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals.

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 10, 2024.
