About modification of some regulations (review of the card of courts)

Art. I. – Appendices 2 and 3 to the Law on judicial system No. 514/1995 (repeated publication: 2013, 62), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 15-17, in the following edition:

Art. II. – In the Law on reorganization of degrees of jurisdiction No. 76/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 184-192, 387), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 1:

Item b) after the word "Felesht" to add with the word", Gloden";

Item c) to declare invalid;

in Item d) shall be replaced with words the words "courts of Basarabyask and Leov unite" "the court of Basarabyask unites";

in Item e) the word", Dondushen" to exclude;

Item f) after the word "Kantemir" to add with the word", Vulkenesht";

in Item h) the words "the court Stefan Wode unites" shall be replaced with words "courts Stefan Wode, Aneny Noy and Bender (Saltworks) unite";

in Item i) shall be replaced with words the words "courts of Chadyr-Lunga and Vulkenesht unite" "the court of Chadyr-Lunga unites";

in Item k) to replace the word "Gloden" with the word "Dondushen";

in Item m) shall be replaced with words the words "the court of Yaloven unites" "courts of Yaloven and Leov unite".

2. Add Article 2 with part (2-1) following of content:

"(2-1) According to the procedure of departure from part provisions (2) the location of Bender (Saltworks) of Court of Keushen continues the activities till December 31, 2030.".
