According to Items 3, 9 and 18 Protocols on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), the subitem 12 of Item 2 of Article 253 and Article 254 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Determine features of movement through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods, held for use in official international sporting events, conditions of their room under special customs procedure and procedure for its application according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that concerning the goods placed under special customs procedure according to Items 10 and 103 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure can be established and conditions of their room under such customs procedure (appendix to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 329), before entry into force of this Decision, the specified customs procedure is applied and comes to the end with No. proceeding from restrictions on use and the order with such goods, and also methods and procedure for completion of action of special customs procedure, including cases and procedure for recognition of such goods not being under customs control, such goods provided in the relation Items 10 and 103 of the specified list and Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 30, 2023 No. 36, regulating the matters before entry into force of this Decision.

3. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix No. 2.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Features of movement through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods, held for use in official international sporting events, conditions of their room under special customs procedure and procedure for its application

1. This document determines features of movement through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) sports equipment and the equipment, other goods intended only for use under the organization and holding official international sporting events (including competitions and associate events which are organized or approved by organizers of such sporting events including which are connected with their organization, carrying out, lighting in mass media, opening, closing and summing up competitions) or when holding training actions for preparation for them (further - goods), conditions of their room under special customs procedure and establishes procedure for application of special customs procedure concerning goods in case of their import to customs area of the Union, and also in case of their export from customs area of the Union to the state (states), not being the member of the Union in the territory of which official international sporting events are held.

For the purposes of application of this document official international sporting events (further - sporting events) are understood as sporting events, the decision on which holding or the decision on participation in which, in case of their carrying out in the state (states) which is not the member of the Union is accepted Chapter or the government of state member of the Union (further respectively - sporting events of high level, state member) or the state body authorized according to the legislation of this state member.
