About approval of methodological rules of execution of the transit declaration and about approval of some forms relating to the procedure of transit

Based on Item 414, Item 432, Item 442, Item 641, Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 93/96, of the Art. 193, of 21:03. 2023) I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Methodological rules of execution of the transit declaration stated in annex No. 1;

2) the Form of the transit accompanying document according to appendix No. 2;

3) the List of objects of form according to appendix No. 3;

4) receipt Form, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Before implementation of the new computerized transit system the procedure to authorized consignees will be applied only to customs applicants from own name.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 310/2017 on approval of Methodological regulations on use of system of transit in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of 2017, Art. No. 330-334, 1699) registered in the Ministry of Justice No. 1251 of August 23, 2017.

4. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova; the order becomes effective since 1.01.2024.
