Based on the paragraph of the ninth No. 395-Z "About social servicing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts three of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2000

1. Establish requirements to the single-family apartment houses used for rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing according to appendix.

2. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing with use of single-family apartment houses before entry into force of this resolution for continuation of such activities shall provide observance of the requirements established by this resolution till October 1, 2024.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Requirements to the single-family apartment houses used for rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These requirements extend to the single-family apartment houses used for rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing (further – single-family apartment houses).

2. Space-planning and constructive solutions of the single-family apartment house shall conform to the requirements of fire safety and construction regulations in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities established in Chapter 2 of these requirements.
