About approval of the declaration on currency values, requirements to form of the declaration and instruction for filling, submission of the declaration on currency values, check and provision of release

Based on Item 842 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, to Art. No. 93-96, 193), I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the declaration on currency values with general information and explanations on the back, according to appendix No. 1;

2) requirements to declaration form, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the instruction for filling, submission of the declaration on currency values, check and provision of release, according to appendix No. 3.

2. To keep account of declarations on currency values by electronic method in the module of the Information system "Asycuda World".

3. To assign execution of this order to territorial subdivisions of Customs Service.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
