1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of assignment of class ranks by the government civil servant, local government officer and to other persons" of December 30, 2016 No. 308 the following changes:

1) the structure of the Commission on consideration of offers on assignment, lowering and deprivation of the highest class ranks of the public and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree to state in edition according to appendix to this Decree;

2) in Regulations on the Commission on consideration of offers on the assignment, lowering and deprivation of the highest class ranks of the public and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
