Some questions of protection of the state information resources and information with limited access used by the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
2. To the Ministry of Defence in coordination with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security to approve in a month the list of information, electronic communication, information and communication systems to which the features approved by this resolution extend.
3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2020 No. 991 "About approval of the Technical regulation of means of cryptographic information security" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 88, the Art. 2830) the enclosed changes.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during warlike situation and 12 months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
