Bring in the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 15, 2017 No. 11-1-2/420 "About approval of Regulations of Admission, registrations and considerations by foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of statements concerning nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan, loss and deprivation of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determination of belonging to nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15884) the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations of Admission, registrations and considerations by foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of statements concerning the nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan, loss and deprivation of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determination of belonging to nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

"9) notarially certified statement consent on getting out of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan and about lack of material and other claims from the spouse (spouse), parents of the applicant or persons which are in its dependence living in the Republic of Kazakhstan or the copy of certificates on their death, the judgment about recognition of the citizen by the dead or is unknown absent (in the presence).";
