1. Establish the prices of granules wood fuel, made (implemented) in the domestic market by the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry:
1.1. the fixed selling price created on conditions free warehouse of the manufacturer * in the amount of 168,0 of Belarusian ruble without the value added tax for ton in case of realization:
to the organizations of utility pattern of ownership of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities;
to the organizations which are a part of the system of the Ministry of Architecture, performing cement production;
to the organizations which are a part of the system Energy ministries, performing production of heat energy;

* For the purposes of this resolution the manufacturer is understood as the organization conducting forestry, subordinated to the Ministry of forestry on which balance there is pelletny production.
1.2. the fixed retail prices in case of realization to the population (except for granules wood fuel, on the fixed retail prices within which regulations of leave determined by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2012 No. 1028 "About providing the population with firm types of fuel" are established by regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee) created on the following terms:
free warehouse of the manufacturer – in the amount of 210,0 of Belarusian ruble for ton;
free warehouse of the seller – in the amount of 246,75 of Belarusian ruble for ton;
1.3. the fixed selling price created on conditions free warehouse of the manufacturer in the amount of 210, Belarusian ruble without the value added tax for ton in case of realization to the consumers who are not specified in subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of this Item.
