About providing the population with firm types of fuel

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of legal entities selling firm types of fuel to the population the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for providing the population with firm types of fuel and compensation of difference in the prices of the firm types of fuel realized to the population on the fixed retail prices it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. limit rates of leave to the population on the fixed retail prices on one household in calendar year make:

fuel briquettes – ton 3,5;

peat lumpy – 4 tons;

firewood – 4,9 of cubic dense meter;

coal – ton 2,5;

granules wood fuel – ton 3,6;

2.2. sale to the population of solid fuel *, fuel briquettes and firewood (further - firm types of fuel) on the fixed retail prices is performed by one of the firm types of fuel specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item only on one household. Regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom have the right to establish regulations of leave of firm types of fuel to the population on the fixed retail prices within the regulations established in subitem 2.1 of this Item. At the same time leave regulations at the same time of several firm types of fuel are established within the regulation on fuel briquettes determined in subitem 2.1 of this Item in recalculation in tons of conditional fuel on the coefficients established by the State committee on standardization.
