Based on paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" and for the purpose of stabilization of price situation the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171
1. Determine that the prices of wood fuel granules (pellets) made (implemented) in the domestic market by the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry are regulated by the Ministry of forestry.
2. To the ministry of forestry in 14-day time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - in 14 days after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
