Some questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Form Committee of State Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Create republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of State Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

3. Determine the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration in the relation:

1) republican public institutions - the territorial subdivisions specified in appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) republican public institutions - the territorial subdivisions specified in appendix 2 to this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
