No. 90-93, 329), with subsequent changes, and in pursuance of provisions of Article 48 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, 238), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 219-225,:

1. Approve:

a) Form of the standard document form of the strict reporting "The payment notice on special services"; (29Kb In original language)

b) Instruction for filling of the standard document form of the strict reporting "The payment notice on special services" (appendix No. 1).

2. Degree of protection of the standard document form of the strict reporting "The payment notice on special services" will serve Qr-code.

3. The forms of the standard document form of the strict reporting "The payment notice on special services" completed through the automated information system are issued to legal / physical person, at the request of division of Customs Service in which special services were rendered.

4. Resolve printing of the standard document form of the strict reporting "The payment notice on special services" in state language.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on Customs Service.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
