About approval of the Regulations on conditions of licensing of the pharmaceutical activities subsidized by the state in rural settlements
Based on article 14-4 of the Law No. 1456/1993 on pharmaceutical activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on conditions of licensing of the pharmaceutical activities subsidized by the state in rural settlements it (is applied).
2. To the agency on drugs and medical products to approve by the order List of Rural Settlements in which the drugstores subsidized by the state will be created.
3. To drugstores in rural settlements to perform provision of subsidies within the assignments which are annually approved in the budget of the Agency for drugs and medical products.
4. To provide to the agency on drugs and medical products process control of licensing and the state subsidizing of drugstores in rural settlements.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
