1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of administrative data in the field of regulation of trading activity:

1) data on export volume of non-oil goods and services as a result of signed export contracts within holding trade and exhibition actions (with the accruing result), according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) data on the level of efficiency of state regulation in the field of consumer protection, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) data on the level of application of national standards (from total quantity of the existing national standards), according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) data on growth rate of international and acknowledged measuring opportunities of standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (to the level of 2018), according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) data according to claims of consumers, according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) data on the state control, according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to department of trade policy and strategic planning of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
