About approval of the technical rules concerning some simplifications in questions of preferential goods origin

Based on part provisions (1-1) Articles 32 and part (2) Article 34-1, of part (4) Articles 58, parts (3) Article 69 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, the Law No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, 238), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 219-225,:

1. Approve:

1) Technical rules of registration of exporters in system of the registered exporters, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Technical rules of provision of the status of the authorized exporter according to appendix No. 2;

3) Technical rules of request, the edition and award enforcement about obligatory information on goods origin, according to appendix No. 3.

2. The records in system of the registered exporters brought before the date of entry into force of this order and also the certificates of the authorized exporter issued before the date of entry into force of this order continue to be effective.

3. To assign execution of this order to Management of customs value, classification and goods origin and to chiefs of customs.

4. To charge control of execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control.
