Based on paragraphs of the fourth and sixth of Article 10, of Item 2 of Article 34, of Item 2 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2021 No. 129-Z "About tourism", 7, of the paragraph of third parts one of Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2022 No. 351 "About development of agroecotourism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts two
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Determine that badges of guides, the guide-interpreters issued till January 1, 2026 are effective before expiration of certificates on certification of guides, guide-interpreters.
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1, 2 and the paragraph the hundred first subitem 3.1 of Item 3 appendices – since January 1, 2026;
this Item and Item 5 of appendix – after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution – in month after its official publication.
