No. 68-76,:

1. Approve Regulations on customs procedure "the refusal for benefit of the state" (is applied).

2. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs bureaus.

3. To charge control of execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control.

4. Declare invalid the order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 230-O/2007 "About approval of some regulations in pursuance of the Customs code".

5. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

I. General provisions

1. The refusal for benefit of the state represents customs procedure according to which person using customs regime or, on circumstances, the owner of goods who owns goods on right of possession or orders can refuse foreign goods for benefit of the state.
